||Sam Milanovich, MD
Sam received his B.A. in biology from Augustana College and his M.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. He completed residency in pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC and went on to a clinical fellowship in pediatric hematology and oncology at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. His post-graduate research fellowship training was in hematopoiesis and stem cell biology at the Blood Research Institute and Medical College of Wisconsin. Sam is currently an Assistant Scientist at the Cancer Biology & Immunotherapies Group, a pediatric hematologist/oncologist at Sanford Children’s Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine.
||Sam Hudson, BS
Sam is originally from Sioux Falls and received his B.S. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Along with furthering his knowledge on hematopoiesis, his current work in the lab involves studying leukemic cell lines and developing working leukemia models in mice. His free time is mostly spent reading and cooking, currently he is perfecting his signature orange glazed sriracha chicken wings.
