Kyle J Roux Associate Scientist Sanford Research

Kyle J. Roux - Senior Director of Biomedical Sciences, Sanford Research

Kyle received his B.S. in Biological Anthropology/Human Biology at Emory University in 1998, and his Ph.D. in Neuroscience at the University of Florida College of Medicine in 2004. Subsequently, Kyle performed postgraduate work at the University of Florida College of Medicine in the Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology, first as a Postdoctoral Associate and then as a Research Assistant Professor. Currently he is a faculty member at Sanford Children's Health Research Center and principle investigator in the Roux Lab.

 


Kyle Noble - Staff Scientist

Kyle received his B.S. in biophysics from St. Mary's University (2005), San Antonio, TX. He then entred a Ph.D. program at Florida State University from where he received his Ph.D. in molecular biophysics in 2011. He then completed a postdoctoral position at Florida State University in the department of Biological Science in 2016. He is currently a staff scientist in the Roux lab at the Sanford Children's Health Research Center.
 

Gaya Shivega

Gaya Shivega, BA - Research Associate

Gaya received her B.A. in Biology in 2015 from Concordia College, Moorhead (MN). Currently, she is a Research Associate in the Roux laboratory and the Protein Biochemistry Core at Sanford Children’s Health Research Center.

Danielle May

Danielle May, M.S. – Research Associate

Danielle received her B.S. in Physiology and Neuroscience in 2013 from University of California, San Diego, and continued her work there to earn an M.S. in Biology in 2014. Currently, she is a Research Associate in the Roux laboratory and the Protein Biochemistry Core at Sanford Children’s Health Research Center.

Birendra KC - Graduate Student Sanford Research

Birendra received a B.S in Basic Biomedical Science at Saint Cloud State University (MN) in 2010. Currently, he is a Ph.D. student in Basic Biomedical Sciences at the Sanford School of Medicine, University of South Dakota. His Ph.D. training will be performed in the Roux laboratory at Sanford Children's Health Research Center.
